A fifteen year regeneration partnership to tackle some of the most significant development challenges of the Local Authorities housing estates in an area north of London.  The project involves the established of multiple funding solutions and project planning for a mix of infill and new developments as well as repair and maintenance programmes for 11,000 existing homes. Greystone advised on funding and legal structures, the development of the business plan including the new delivery vehicle and negotiating all joint venture corporate, finance and commercial documentation.
